目的 AIM

樂行童軍支部,旨在維繫關懷社會、熱心服務之青年,給予他們機會及鼓勵,為童軍運動及社會服務。同時,透過一個具挑戰性之獎章計劃,激勵他們的進取心,發展個人潛能,使他們成為有責任感及對社會有貢獻之公民。

Rover Scout Section is formed to provide means of harnessing the interest, helping and supporting young men / women who accept the obligation of regular service to the Scout Movement and Community, to ensure that they make personal progress to develop their potentials and to take a constructive place in society as a responsible and useful citizen.

訓練方法 METHOD

樂行童軍支部之訓練方法,以自治及自務的樂行童軍團為基礎,輔以具挑戰性及有進度性之獎章制度。

The method of training in the Rover Scout Section is based on the self-programming and self-governing rover scout crew together with a progressing and challenging award scheme.

銘言 MOTTO

樂行童軍的銘言是服務。

SERVICE is the Motto of Rover Scouts.

進度性徽章
PROGRESSIVE AWARDS

樂行童軍支部的進度性徽章依次序是會員章、樂行童軍肩章、樂行童軍獎章及貝登堡獎章。

The order of the progressive awards of Rover Scout Section is Membership Badge, Rover Epaulettes, Rover Scout Award and Baden Powell Award.

會員章
MEMBERSHIP BADGE

會員章是幫助新加入之樂行童軍,就所屬樂行童軍團及團員,彼此認識和接納。

本章由管理委員會安排訓練和考核,管理委員會主席推薦,經由團長批核和頒發。

The aim of the Membership Badge is to help new members to acquaintance with and being accepted, and develop a harmony relationship between new members and the crew.

The Management Committee is responsible for the arrangement of training and assessment. The badge has to be approved by the Rover Scout Leader after recommendation by the Chairperson of the Management Committee

樂行童軍肩章
ROVER EPAULETTES

樂行童軍肩章是樂行童軍支部進度性訓練的初階,內容主要為一些傳統童軍技能,包括繩結、露營活動、先鋒工程、原野烹飪和救傷等;透過由淺入深的要求,吸引樂行童軍的興趣,提升童軍技能水平。

樂行童軍肩章是由管理委員會安排訓練及考核,經所屬團長批核及推薦,由樂行童軍區長或助理區總監(樂行童軍)確認及簽發。

Rover Epaulettes is the first step to the progressive training of Rover Section. Knotting, Campcraft, Pioneering, Backwoods Cooking and First Aid are the major contents of the traditional scoutcraft. The aims of the programme are to arouse the interest of new participant and to raise up the skills in scoutcraft.

The Management Committee will arrange the training and assessment of the Rover Epaulettes. The DRSL/ ADC(RS) will endorse and issue the Epaulettes after the approval and recommendation by the RSL.

樂行童軍獎章
ROVER SCOUT AWARD

樂行童軍獎章考驗目的是透過考驗過程,加強樂行童軍對整個童軍運動及社會的認知;協助其發展和掌握一定程度的技能。同時,藉此機會裝備自己,回饋社會。活動包括有服務、童軍知識、自我發展、人際關係、擴闊視野、個人興趣、童軍技能和探險等八個不同項目。

樂行童軍獎章是由所屬團長安排訓練和考核,經樂行童軍區長或助理區總監(樂行童軍)確認及推薦,由地域總部總監(樂行童軍)審批及簽發獎章,總會確認及簽發證書。

The aim of the Award is to help rovers to obtain more understanding towards the scout movement and society, also to develop and achieve certain degree of techniques through the process of the assessment. Rovers could take this opportunity to equip themselves and contributing the society. Service, Scouting Knowledge, Self-development, Interpersonal Skills, Look Wide, Personal Pursuit, Scoutcraft and Exploration are included.

The Rover Scout Leaders are responsible for the training and assessment of the Rover Scout Award. The Award and certificate will be approved and issued by the RHQC(RS) and AHQ respectively after the confirmation and recommendation by DRSL/ADC(RS).

貝登堡獎章
BADEN POWELL AWARD

貝登堡獎章是延續樂行童軍獎章的遞進式訓練,以自我策劃的方式來完成的最高獎章。從計劃至實踐過程中,培養正確的人生觀,學習童軍知識、技能及態 度,裝備自己。本獎章與樂行童軍獎章一樣設有八個相同項目,分必選項目和選擇項目兩類,服務、童軍技能和探險為必選項目;而童軍知識、自我發展、人際關 係、擴闊視野和個人興趣等為自選項目,樂行童軍可從這些項目中選取其中三項作為考驗項目。

貝登堡獎章是由所屬地域總部總監(樂行童軍)安排考核,並由區總監和地域總監推薦,總會審批及簽發獎章和證書。

Baden Powell Award continuous the training progress of the Rover Scout Award. Self planning and managing are pre-requisite to achieve this highest award. During the course from planning to operation, rovers could grow up with a positive value of living, learning scout knowledge, technique and attitude; these will equip rovers themselves.

The topics of Baden Powell Award are same as the Rover Scout Award. Service, Scoutcraft and Exploration are compulsory, whilst Scout Knowledge, Self-development, Interpersonal Skills, Personal Pursuit and Look Wide are optional. Rovers required to take 3 amongst the 5 options for assessment.

The assessment of the Baden Powell Award is arranged by the RHQC (RS). Certificate and award will be issued as confirmed and approved by AHQ after the recommendation of Regional Commissioner and District Commissioner.
